Original, signature class. Double combination of cardiovascular and toning training, made even more fun with musical accompaniment. We work cardio with indoor walking, which mimics walking or running but without impact, thus avoiding injuries to knees or back. For toning, we perform countless exercises and training methods using bodyweight and some accessory equipment. Every class is a surprise!

Another signature class, very similar to TONOWALK. We continue using a double combination of cardiovascular and toning training. Cardio is done with indoor walking. For toning, we specifically target glutes, legs, and abs. Perfect for steel glutes!

bodyfit
The authentic class with bar and weights that strengthens and tones the whole body. We work the main muscle groups using the best fitness room exercises. Imagine a series of songs, each one focusing on a different muscle group. If you want fast results, this is your class!
tabata
We start with a super WARM-UP using a step, then the real work begins. Tabata is a high-intensity interval training method with short duration. It's a relatively new form of training with countless benefits, including burning a lot of calories in very little time. We also use different methods such as HIIT, EMOM, AMRAP, etc. Goal: burn fat.
circuito
A session where you work on strength and overall physical conditioning. Based on improving physical capabilities. You work with your own body and equipment structured with different time intervals, rest, and goals. Imagine moving from one station to another until completing them all. Designed for users who want to work hard.
indoor
Cardiovascular exercise that mimics walking or running, with the benefit of keeping your feet supported to avoid impact. This way, we better protect the joints, avoiding knee or back injuries. Music will become your best ally, pushing you to your maximum potential. Don’t forget to bring a change of shirt.
